Hi, I’m Michael and I’m a personal trainer here at New Age Fitness.
I have always been passionate about fitness and exercise for as long as I can remember. At the age of 19 I discovered my love for the gym and I haven’t looked back since. So much so that I decided to study Health, Fitness and Exercise at HND level in order to become a Personal Trainer.
During my studies I developed my knowledge in various subjects such as anatomy, nutrition, flexibility and strength & conditioning. My previous years of study coupled with my own personal experience within the gym can strongly aid me in helping you achieve your goals.
