Hi Im Logan, I’m from the US and also the newest PT joining the team here at New Age Fitness. I started my fitness journey as a member of the club and ever since my interest in working in the fitness industry increased over time leading up to me becoming a Personal Trainer. My main goal as a personal trainer is to help people feel the benefits both mentally and physically that they can achieve by being more active and living a healthier lifestyle. Over the last 3.5 years I have participated in pole fitness and perform regularly.
Since taking up pole fitness I have gained knowledge that I have used to push myself when training my flexibility and general training capabilities. I have also learned how to teach safe and effective stretching techniques whether it is for various sports or just to help improve general flexibility. If your goal is to gain muscle, loss fat or to just work on general fitness i am more than happy to help you achieve your goal. While I do take my training seriously and push myself to do my best every time I also like to have fun and that’s always half the battle.
