A brand new class here at New Age Fitness that splits your 45 minutes into three sections.

1st up in the studio section with barbells and moves such as rear squat and push presses.

Next there is the body weight section which incorporates burpees, snatches and other exercises.

Last up we have the spin cycle section in our spin studio where its all about high intensity cycling to finish up.
