Another firm favourite on our class time table is none other than Les Mills Body Attack!

This multipurpose aerobics program includes sports derived moves, aimed at developing cardiovascular fitness and we change it up every 90 days with new music and routines so your body never gets used to things and plateaus.

Body Attack is a high energy class with moves that cater for total beginners to those who have been attending the gym for years. It combines running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push ups and squats all the while synchronised to a bouncing sound track that matches your movements with the beat. It’s a whole body workout that burns calories while toning and shaping, building stamina, coordination and agility.

You can adjust your Body Attack workout to your current fitness level as our instructors give you the choice of low impact options to tailor each workout to your own suiting.

What to wear: Normal gym clothing will do just fine

What to bring: At least one bottle of water and a towel
