Hi there, I am an experienced Personal Trainer who has worked in the fitness industry since 2001. I’m also a full time firefighter and teach group exercise classes including Spin, Circuits and THUMP Boxing.
I am extremely passionate about Health & Fitness and firmly believe in practising what you preach. I aim to be in peak physical condition at all times through regular exercise and a healthy eating regime in order to carry out both my work roles competently and to give me the best quality of life possible. I continually seek to develop myself and increase my fitness knowledge through further education and training to ensure I remain abreast with the most current methods of training to challenge myself and my clients.
I believe exercise should be challenging but enjoyable and with the correct level of commitment and dedication from both parties I endeavour to make sure my clients have the best possible training experience and get the desired results.
I will devise a training plan to help you reach your full potential and work with you to help you achieve your goal whilst also becoming a happier, more confident, self motivated and healthier individual. I have successfully trained a diverse group of people with a variety of different personal goals ranging from fat loss to completing a marathon by guiding and supporting them through their fitness journey, instilling new habits and routine into their life which will hopefully remain with them forever.
