Hi, I’m Dayna and I’m a personal trainer here at new age fitness.
I’ve been part of the team here at Coatbridge since it’s doors opened in October. I’ve loved being around the gym floor and getting to know all of our members and am looking forward to transitioning into personal training and hopefully getting to know some of you a little bit better.
Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness or even just building confidence in the gym, no goal is too big or too small and I want to help you get to where you want to be. I’m there with you every step of the way providing any support you need!
I like to pride myself in giving you a fun, enthusiastic and effective session every time you come to the gym, with each one being different from the last! I want you to leave each session feeling great knowing you’ve gotten one step closer to that goal.
