Ask any of our staff here at New Age Fitness what the all round fitness class of choice is and they would all have to agree it’s our Circuits Class! It’s the perfect blend of both aerobic and resistance training where all manner of work out routines, moves and lifts are mixed up and placed together in a fast paced routine that really packs a punch.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning and resistance workouts using high-intensity aerobics catering to both strength building and muscular endurance. Included in our circuits classes are a mix of the following:

Bench dips
Back extensions
Sit ups (lower abdominal)
Stomach crunch (upper abdominal)
Squat jumps
Step ups
Shuttle runs
Burpees
Squat thrusts
Skipping
Jogging
Russian Twists
Kettlebell Swings
Press Ups
Battle Ropes
Military Shoulder Press
