Everyone’s seen Rocky, right? Even if you haven’t (and what rock have you been living under) take it from us, a boxer in training is something to behold so when we introduced REAL boxing training here at New Age Fitness we knew it would be a massive success!

Incorporating all the physically demanding body, arm, leg and hand movements you would find any championship fighter using on the build up to the big night, our Boxing classes include serious pad work incorporating jabs, cross, upper cuts and hooks to really get your adrenaline flowing and those calories burning.

Fitness newbie or serious pro it doesn’t matter as our classes have you working at your own pace and you will be paired up with someone at the same level as you with our class instructor working with everyone throughout the session.

What to wear: Normal gym clothing will do just fine
