From Russia with love! Kettlebells date back to the 1700s when Russian men thought it would be fun to add a handle to a cannonball and swing it around. Who would have thought that such a simple idea would result in one of the very best method of improving your fitness and strength!

Kettlebells are cast iron weights that differ from your normal dumbbell and barbell in that you can easily swing them and control their launch and descent with all the muscles in your body, improving your coordination and agility while giving you better posture and alignment.

Our kettlebell classes offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio with the beauty of the class is in its simplicity. You only use one piece of equipment and the exercises are straightforward – no complicated machinery to learn and no complex moves to remember!

What to wear: Normal gym clothing will do just fine
