Hi, my name is John Paul Campbell. I am a qualified personal trainer and boxing coach with a BA in psychology and sociology.
I am all about the mindset. Once you start feeling confident and good about yourself – everything changes. My mission is to provide the right motivation, nutrition and exercise support to truly help people change for good.
I have over 20 years experience in the fitness world with a strong background in boxing, having performed at the highest levels in major events such as the Scottish and Western District Championships.
I have taken these skills from the boxing environment and implemented them into my personal training. I’m great believer in setting achievable realistic goals for my clients. This is done through hard work and commitment to fulfil your fitness goals and lifestyle.
