This class is a circuit based boxing class designed to work your full body using different boxing techniques at different stations throughout the workout which will increase your fitness levels, tone muscle and body shape and give you a fantastic workout.
Classes are suitable for almost all ages and abilities and are particularly popular with women as it gives an opportunity to train with boxing moves without the physical combat aspect coming into play.
Moves include shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups all inter mixed within the hourly workout.
Based on basic boxing techniques combined with aerobic and anaerobic exercise, this fun, fast paced exercise class is really taking off here at New Age Fitness so get involved!
